Support Services
PUMP Exercise and Support Groups
PUMP (Promoting Ultimate Maternal Potential) is a two hour support programme offering an hour of facilitated exercise followed by an hour-long support group. Free adjunct childcare is available for this support group and hence bookings are essential. PUMP is offered weekly on both the north and south side of Canberra.
Please note this year we will be charging a fee of $80 for the eight week program to cover the qualified fitness instructor costs. However, if you wish to attend and cannot afford this, we are happy to talk about reducing or waiving the fee.
Term 1 PUMP will re-commenced on Tuesday 14th February (Southside) at 10am at the PANDSI offices in Holder and on Thursday 16th February at 9.30am at Kippax Uniting Church. Please call to register your interest in joining. Download flyer for Northside PUMP or Southside PUMP
